Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 18-80 years old; 2. cirrhosis diagnosed by ultrasound, CT, magnetic resonance imaging or liver biopsy; 3.All patients underwent gastroscopy. Informed consent was obtained from all patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Decompensated events occurred, including ascites (abdominal ascites >=30mm by B-ultrasound), esophagogastric variceal bleeding, and hepatic encephalopathy; 2.previous endoscopic treatment; 3.previous splenectomy; 4. previous TIPS; 5. portal vein thrombosis or cavernous transformation of portal vein; 6.using NSBB; 7.primary or secondary liver tumors; 8.Compression of portal vein and splenic vein by upper abdominal space occupying lesions; 9. obstruction of hepatic vein and inferior vena cava; 10. alanine aminotransferase >=5×ULN, total bilirubin >=3mg/dL; 11.pregnant women; 12.right heart failure; 13.Blood system diseases.
