Interventions
Experimental group:30 minutes before anesthesia induction, nebulized inhalation of dexmedetomidine solution (0.2 µg/kg) and normal saline diluted to 4ml, which is expected to take 15 minutes
Control Group:Thirty minutes before induction of anesthesia, 4 ml of the same dose of saline was nebulized and was expected to take 15 minutes

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective unilateral thyroidectomy day surgery, ASA grade I-III; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3.BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thyroid surgery or throat disease in the past; 2. Those who are allergic to dexmedetomidine; 3. Patients with severe sinus bradytry or II-III degree atrioventricular block; 4. Those who are expected to have difficulty in intubation; 5. Those who have communication barriers or are unable to cooperate with nebulized inhalers
