Interventions

Group 1 (Stage 1):Cypofol for injection was given a fixed dose of 0.4mg/kg, and different doses of remifentanil were given sequentially (initial dose 0.3ug/kg, dose gradient 0.1ug/kg).
Group 2 (Stage 2):Administer different doses of ciprofol sequentially via intravenous injection, followed by the intravenous administration of the ED95 dose of remifentanil determined in the previous

18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-59 years old, gender unlimited; 2. ASA grade I or II. 3. Elective laryngeal mask surgery under general anesthesia; 4. The patient volunteered to participate in the study; 5. No contraindications of general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Full stomach without fasting; 2. cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3. There is a tumor in the pharynx; 4. Small mouth opening, laryngeal mask Difficult to place; 5. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome or BMI>30 kg/m^2 or respiratory difficulties; 6. Surgery is expected to be older.
