55 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 55-85 years old; 2. Primary school education or above, visual and hearing barriers, can cooperate with the completion of the assessment; 3. Overall cognitive function assessment: MCI: MMSE>=27 points and <29 points, Clinical AD Rating Scale (CDR)=0.5; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study, and I agree and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neuropsychiatric diseases, such as cerebrovascular disease, depression, schizophrenia, drug dependence, intracranial tumor, refractory epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, normal pressure hydrocephalus, brain tumor and head trauma surgery, etc.; 2. Heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system diseases that seriously affect cognitive function; 3. There are infarct lesions, microhemorrhage and mass lesions in brain magnetic resonance; 4. Those who are receiving other non-pharmacological interventions.
