12 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Adolescents aged 10-19 years diagnosed with CKD; (2)Willingness to participate in the study and provide informed consent, for minors, parental or legal guardian consent is required; (3)Ability to read and write in Chinese; (4)Access to a smartphone with WeChat installed for communication and intervention purposes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Adolescents with severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders that impede participation; (2) Participants already involved in another clinical trial or intervention study; (3) Those unable to participate in regular follow-ups or interventions due to other medical or personal reasons.
