Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Research Subjects: Sixty patients with CRSwNP admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery of Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from January 2025 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into experimental group 1, experimental group 2, and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The age range was from 16 to 75 years old, and both genders were included. 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria in "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis (2018)". 3. Accompanied by symptoms such as nasal congestion, headache, runny nose, and olfactory disorder, and with a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score >= 4; 4. Receiving nasal surgery for the first time and meeting the indications for FESS surgery; 5. Being conscious, with normal communication ability and good compliance; 6. The patient and family members provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe complications. 2.Patients with combined dysfunctions of vital organs, hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases, or parasitic infections. 3.Patients with combined sinus malignancies, atrophic rhinitis, or fungal infections of the nasal cavity and sinuses. 4.Patients with intellectual disabilities or mental illnesses. 5.Patients who have used hormonal drugs within 3 months prior to the initiation of this study. 6.Patients with surgical contraindications or those allergic to the therapeutic drugs used in this study.
