Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of liver cancer is made in accordance with the criteria in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2019 Edition)" [1]; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Select the common single etiology, including those related to hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (HCV), or alcohol etiology; 4. Relevant clinical data can be provided.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary liver cancer; 2. Co-infection of HBV and HCV or multiple infections involving other hepatitis viruses; 3. PHC (primary hepatocellular carcinoma) caused by other etiologies, including autoimmune hepatitis, drinking water pollution, aflatoxin poisoning, genetic metabolic disorders, schistosomiasis, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, etc.; 4. Pregnant women and lactating women; 5. Patients with life-threatening conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases or other severe underlying diseases; 6. Tumors that affect organs or systems other than the liver.
