Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Twist group: Patients with pelvic mass accompanied by abdominal pain, confirmed by surgery and pathological results to have uterine adnexal torsion; Preoperative CT or MRI scan was performed, but ultrasound was unable to confirm the diagnosis; 2.Non torsion group: patients with pelvic masses accompanied by abdominal pain, confirmed by surgery and pathological results as non uterine adnexal torsion patients; Preoperative CT or MRI scan was performed, but ultrasound was unable to confirm the diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Twist group: Clinical data is incomplete or the image quality does not meet the analysis requirements (incomplete images, poor image quality with artifacts); 2.Non torsion group: Clinical data is incomplete or the image quality does not meet the analysis requirements (incomplete images, poor image quality with artifacts).
