Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bony mallet fingers involve at least one-third of the surface of the DIP joint (Wehbe and Schneider's types B and C), and dorsal fracture dislocation is at least 1 mm; 2. Patients with tendinous mallet fingers who have not responded to conservative treatment for 14 days; 3. Hammer fingers caused by trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The term "affected" refers to congenital malformations or a history of post-traumatic activity disorders; 2. Patients with unclosed epiphyses; 3. Patients with joint deformity and movement disorders caused by rheumatoid arthritis, gout, osteoarthritis, etc; 4. Fractures in parts of the affected limb except the fingertip cause limited movement of the affected finger; 5. The affected finger showed symptoms of infection before the operation.
