Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Liver and kidney lesions Inclusion criteria for patients with liver and kidney lesions: a. Patients diagnosed with cirrhosis, liver hemangioma, focal nodular hyperplasia of the liver, hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, chronic renal insufficiency, renal angiomyolipoma, or clear cell carcinoma of the kidney based on clinical criteria; b. Age over 18 years; c. Good compliance with examinations. Inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: a. No pain or discomfort in the liver or kidney regions or liver/kidney diseases; b. Age over 18 years; c. Good compliance with examinations. 2. Breast and thyroid space-occupying lesions Inclusion criteria for patients with breast and thyroid lesions: a. Patients diagnosed with breast fibroadenoma, breast adenosis, ductal carcinoma in situ, invasive breast cancer, nodular goiter, thyroid follicular adenoma, thyroid follicular adenocarcinoma, papillary thyroid carcinoma, or thyroid follicular carcinoma according to clinical criteria; b. Age over 18 years; c. Good compliance with examinations. 3. Sarcopenia Sarcopenia patient inclusion criteria: a. Patients diagnosed with sarcopenia based on clinical criteria; b. Age over 18 years; c. Good compliance with examinations. Healthy volunteer inclusion criteria: a. Age over 18 years; b. No muscle discomfort or muscle lesions; c. Good compliance with examinations.
