Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic bariatric surgery under general anesthesia at West China Hospital of Sichuan University. 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification I–III. 3.Aged 18–65 years. 4.Body mass index (BMI) >=28 kg/m².

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of malignant tumor; 2.Active severe infection requiring systemic therapy. 3.Participation in any interventional clinical trial within the preceding 12 months. 4.Incomplete laboratory data or inability to complete follow-up assessments. 5.Communication barriers precluding comprehension of study procedures or pain assessment scales.
