18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2.Patients with acute renal colic (pain episodes =4; 5. Voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of analgesics within 6 hours prior to the visit; 2.Hypersensitivity to diclofenac sodium, resorcinol; 3.History of asthma, urticaria, or allergic rhinitis; 4. Congestive heart failure; renal or hepatic failure; 5.Peptic ulcer, pyloric obstruction, or intestinal obstruction; 6. Blood disorders such as hemophilia or coagulation disorders; 7. Thrombocytopenia (<50 x 10^9 /L); 8.History of psychiatric illness or substance abuse; pregnancy or lactation.
