65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Planned limb fracture surgery under general anesthesia of laryngeal mask; 2. Essential hypertension, regular medication, blood pressure control within 160/100 mmHg; 3. Operation time< 3 h; 4. American Standards Association (ASA) grade II.~ III.; 5. Age: 65-80 years old; 6. Body mass index (BMI): 18.5-24.9 kg/m^2; 7. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspiciously difficult airway (Mallampati: grade III-IV, opening <3 cm, nail inscribed distance <6.5 cm); 2. Contraindications to superior laryngeal nerve block: limited movement of the cervical spine, neck mass, bleeding tendency, allergy to local anesthetics; 3. Hoarseness and sore throat before surgery; 4. Intellectual disability or mental disability that prevents adequate communication; 5. Satiety and reflux esophagitis; 6. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 7. Diabetics.
