Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite diagnosis of brachial plexus root avulsion injury; 2.Gender is not limited; 3. Age of 18-60 years old; 4.The symptomatic diagnosis was total brachial plexus root avulsion, and the nerve injury location was consistent with neuroelectrophysiology and imaging. 5.Those who failed to respond to formal conservative treatment; 6.No definite contraindications to surgery; 7.The patient was informed and agreed to enter this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Muscle denervation time is too long, more than 18 months; 2.Combined with limb fracture; 3.Patients with inflammation or infection in the operation area; 4.Do not have the ability to act independently; 5.There is uncontrollable active infection in the whole body; 6.Other diseases of the body which do not allow the patients to undergo surgical treatment; 7.Combined with other brain, spinal cord, and peripheral neuropathy, which may interfere with clinical evaluation.
