Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged >=18 years; 2 Currently pregnant (>= 12 weeks gestation) or within 42 days postpartum; 3 Has attended at least one prenatal examination and is able to provide complete health information; 4 Identified as having general, moderately high, or high gestational risk based on the "Maternal Gestational Risk Assessment Form" as outlined in document No. 35 (2017) issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China; 5 Willing to participate in the study and has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with mental or cognitive impairments who are unable to understand and complete the questionnaire or interview, and thus cannot provide valid information.
