Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patients hospitalized in our hospital from March 2023 to October 2024; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke (meeting the criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stroke"); 3. Length of hospital stay>=72 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with organic diseases of the digestive tract (such as gastric cancer, inflammatory bowel disease); 2. Incomplete clinical data (missing key indicators); 3. Death of the patient during hospitalization.
