Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with COPD complicated with sarcopenia; 2. Age>=18 years; 3. The skin of the thighs of both lower limbs is intact and undamaged. 4. Be conscious and able to cooperate with the operation 5. Diagnostic criteria: The diagnosis of COPD meets the 2024 diagnostic criteria of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) of COPD; Sarcopenia is diagnosed using the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of deep vein thrombosis, coagulation disorders; 2. Patients with lower limb fractures, history of fractures or edema, etc., who are not suitable for mobility; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. History of lower limb revascularization; 5. Dialysis access or deep venous catheterization in the veins of the lower limbs; 6. Cardiovascular disease: uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 160 or diastolic blood pressure > 100mmHg), history of stroke, acute myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, and uncontrolled ventricular tachycardia. 7. People who have regularly taken the following medications in the past 3 months: antiplatelet drugs (e.g., aspirin, cilostazol, agrenol, cilostazol, ticlopidine, eptifibatide, and tirofiban), analgesics, and anticoagulant medications.
