55 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 50-85 years old; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading: I-III; (3) The patient intended to undergo hip surgery; (4) Normal coagulation function and platelet function; (5) <3h during operation; (6) The patient or family member agrees and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to bupivacaine liposomes and other local anesthetics; (2) Puncture site infection, it is not appropriate to implement nerve block operators; (3) Pregnant or lactating patients; (4) opioid addicts; (5) Patients with severe consciousness disorder or mental system disease and cognitive dysfunction.
