Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain a professional qualification certificate and register at the employment hospital; 2. Engaged in pediatric medical and nursing work for 1 year or more; 3. No informed consent form is required from the research subjects, but they must read the questionnaire instructions before filling out the questionnaire and acknowledge the research content and agree to participate by checking the appropriate box.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Staff not employed by this institution, including trainees, visiting scholars, etc.; 2. Those unable to participate in the investigation due to sick leave, maternity leave, or other reasons.
