Group C:Ultrasound-guided axillary brachial plexus block technique was used to block the median nerve, ulnar nerve, and radial nerve
Group R:Ultrasound-guided techniques were used to precisely block the radial nerve, lateral forearm cutaneous nerve, and forearm cutaneous nerve at the elbow

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-75 years, ASA class I-III, BMI 18-28 kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. History of chronic opioid use; 3. Allergy to the study drug; 4. Abnormal coagulation function; 5. Infection at the puncture site; 6. Have a history of schizophrenia or psychosis; 7. Refusal to Participate.
