30 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 30–79 years; 2. Estimated 10-year ASCVD risk >=20% based on China-PAR; 3. Permanent residency in the study region (>=6 months/year); 4. Ability to provide written informed consent; 5. Willingness to participate in repeated data and biospecimen collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute myocardial infarction or coronary revascularization; 2. Terminal illness with life expectancy <1 year; 3. Severe psychiatric or cognitive impairment precluding protocol adherence; 4. Current pregnancy or breastfeeding
