Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Admitted to emergency ICU, age >=18 years old; 2. Application of topical citrate anticoagulation regimen for CRRT treatment; 3. Blood gas analysis before blood purification showed 18mmol/L<=HCO3-<=27mmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients 2. Presence of severe metabolic acidosis prior to treatment, PH7.45 and (or) HCO3->27 3. There are other etiologies that significantly affect the acid-base balance disorder (severe carbon dioxide retention disease, PCO2>80mmHg 4. Persistent shock that cannot be corrected by applying large doses of hemorrhoidal active drugs, norepinephrine pumping > 1ug/kg·min, dopamine >10ug/kg·min, MAP 10mmol/L 5. Severe fluid loss, such as gastric juice, intestinal juice, and third space fluid loss of more than 2L within 24 hours 6. The duration of CRRT treatment is less than 12 hours 7. Patient or family members are unable to understand the conditions and objectives of this study
