Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. University female students; 2. Adults aged 18-26; 3. 18.5<= BMI <24.9; 4. Regular meals and routine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have metabolic diseases; 2. stay up late; 3. skip breakfast; 4. are allergic to the test substance; 5. have smoking habits; 6. have drinking habits; 7. are undergoing professional sports training; 8. have abnormal liver or kidney function; 9. have been diagnosed with cardiovascular or other serious diseases; 10. have psychiatric, psychological and behavioral disorders; 11. have eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa bulimia, etc. ; 12. have been taking medication for a long period of time or have any drug dependency; 13. have sleep disorders: insomnia, sleep apnea, biological clock disorder, restless legs syndrome, etc.; 14. have digestive disorders or frequent gastrointestinal discomfort; 15. have lost weight or adopted other special dietary patterns within the past six months.
