Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with ASA grade I-III; 2.aged 30-80 years; 3.Signed informed consent; 4.Patients who are scheduled to undergo elective thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has a known history of allergy to the anesthetic agents used in the study (such as ropivacaine) or other related drugs. 2.Autonomic dysfunction; 3.Mental dysfunction or psychiatric disorders; 4.Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, such as heart failure, coronary arteriosclerotic heart disease, severe valvular stenosis or insufficiency, cardiomyopathy, high-grade atrioventricular block, and atrial fibrillation; 5.Hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6.Long-term use of opioids; 7.Difficulty communicating;
