Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) An anterior mediastinal tumor, which could be completely rescted based on the CT assessment. (2) The tumor has an intact capsule with no invasion of blood vessels or pericardium. (3) No obvious surgical contraindications were found during preoperative examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of chest surgery; (2) Tumor invasion of adjacent vital tissues such as blood vessels, lung lobes or pericardium; (3) Coexistence of other heart and lung diseases that affect the surgery.
