Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with migraine by the International Classification of Headache Disorders, Third Edition (ICHD-III); 2. Patent foramen ovale (PFO) diagnosed by contrast-enhanced transcranial Doppler ultrasound; 3. Age between 18-60 years old, male or female; 4. Patients who are scheduled to undergo PFO occlusion; 5. Able to cooperate with the completion of preoperative and postoperative follow-up imaging examinations; No history of severe neurological disease or psychiatric illness; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor image quality; 2. Presence of contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning, such as metal implants, claustrophobia, etc.; 3. Previous developmental delay, drug overuse, epilepsy, stroke, and cerebral hemorrhage; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; Intracranial organic lesions and psychiatric diseases.
