Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With definite pathology, the diagnosis was consistent with colorectal cancer according to the definition of digestive system tumor pathology and genetics of colorectal cancer in the WHOF(2018) Cancer classification; 2.Based on the results of imaging and endoscopy, colon cancer was diagnosed as stage II or stage III according to the TNM staging of 2017FNCCN. 3. Initial treatment patients who did not receive chemotherapy, radiotherapy or targeted therapy and planned to undergo radical resection of colon cancer; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The procedure of subject selection for patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria or met the inclusion criteria but whose pTNM stage was not stage II or III;
