SN group:Strength training + NJF: Strength training for weak muscles in people with upper crossed syndrome and NJF stretching of tight muscles in people with upper crossed syndrome after each strength
SP group:Strength training + PNF: Strength training for weak muscles in people with upper crossed syndrome and PNF stretching of tight muscles in people with upper crossed syndrome after each strength

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for UCS; (2) being sedentary, i.e. total free sitting time over 8h per day; (3) aged 18-25 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have clear spine-related diagnostic diseases, such as scoliosis, thoracic deformity, etc.; (2) have a history of acute trauma to the shoulder and neck or those who have had major surgery; (3) overweight or with obese
