Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hold a nursing licence issued by the People's Republic of China and be registered at the employing hospital; 2. Have worked in the emergency department of a general hospital for more than three years, with at least six months of experience in triage; 3. Be responsible for emergency work; 4. Give informed consent and voluntarily participate in this survey and research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency nurses who are not on duty during the investigation, such as those who are away on training or on leave; 2. Nurses undergoing standardised training or further training.
