Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Questionnaire survey: 1. Hold a valid nurse practitioner qualification certificate. 2. With more than 2 years of clinical nursing experience and completed the standardized training for new nurses. 3. Have certain computer operation ability. 4. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent. Qualitative interview: 1. Holding valid certificate of nurse practitioner qualification and certificate of nurse educator issued by the hospital. 2. With more than 5 years of clinical nursing experience and more than 2 years of nursing teaching experience. 3. Have certain computer operation ability. 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. Implementation of teaching plan: 1. Hold a valid nurse practitioner qualification certificate and an educational nurse certificate issued by the hospital. 2. With more than 5 years of clinical nursing experience and more than 2 years of nursing teaching experience. 3. Have certain computer operation ability. 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Questionnaire survey: 1. Nurses who were not on duty due to vacation, advanced study and other reasons during the investigation period. 2.Vulnerable groups other than subordinates of the investigators and research unit employees, including persons with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, and pregnant women. Qualitative interview: 1. Educational nurses who are unable to participate in all training courses. 2.Vulnerable groups other than subordinates of the investigators and research unit employees, including persons with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, and pregnant women. Implementation of teaching plan: 1. Educational nurses who are unable to participate in all training courses. 2. Vulnerable groups other than subordinates of the investigators and research unit employees, including persons with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, and pregnant women.
