Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male recruits, age > 18 years; 2. The left ankle joint was sprained 1 year ago, and it was swollen and painful after the injury, resulting in the inability to walk normally and bear weight; 3. Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score: <=24 points; 4. More than 2 times of left ankle instability or loss of control in the first half year of the experiment; 5. Initial diagnosis of CAI, but no medical and rehabilitation intervention. 6. No training injuries or other illnesses after written investigation and health test; 7. If the study participants did not participate in strenuous exercise within 24 hours before the test, other interferences could be excluded, the authenticity and credibility of the test data could be ensured, and all the results could be included in the analysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude recruits with plantar fasciitis and a history of bilateral ankle sprains; 2. Those who have suffered from lower limb functional diseases in the past, affecting sports or training; 3. Those with lower limb bone, muscle or joint damage within 3 months; 4. There is no guarantee that the training and assessment will be completed
