Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women >=28 weeks of gestation; 2. pregnant women who met the diagnostic criteria for GDM; 3. pregnant women who were willing to give birth naturally; 4. informed consent and voluntary participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. have a history of mental illness 2. have hearing impairment or aphasia
