Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obtained a nurse practitioner qualification certificate; ICU working hours >= 1 year; Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurse for further study; 2. Those who have not been on duty for more than 1 month due to sick leave, maternity leave, or study abroad.
