Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Definitely diagnosed as sexual aplastic anemia. 2.Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited. 3.Be able to lie still for more than 20 minutes and cooperate with MRI examination. 4.Patients must be able to understand the study and voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with contraindications to MRI examination (such as claustrophobic pacemaker lumbosacral metal implants, etc.); 2.Pregnant women; 3.Lactating women; 4.Epilepsy, dementia and other mental abnormalities who need drug treatment cannot understand or follow the research plan; 5.Those who are considered unsuitable for entry by researchers.
