Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and diabetic foot complies with the relevant diagnostic criteria established by WHO in 1999; 2. Aged 18 to 79 years (inclusive), regardless of gender; 3. Elective unilateral lower limb surgery for diabetic foot; 4. Voluntarily signed the informed consent form; 5. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status classification II-III; 6. Preoperative fasting blood glucose was controlled below 10 mmol/L; 7. Preoperative VAS score (needle puncture method) on the medial and lateral aspects of the affected calf was >=8 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental and nervous system diseases who cannot actively cooperate; 2. Patients with fever, shock, coma, and systemic failure; 3. Patients with severe coagulopathy; 4. Patients with allergic reactions to the anesthetics used; 5. Patients with infection or tumor at the puncture site were anesthetized.
