65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing elective cardiac valve replacement, aged 65-80 years old; 2: ASA grade : II-III; 3: Height : 155-185 cm; 4: The body weight was 45-85 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction < 50 % ; 2 previous history of cardiac surgery ; 3 serious coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and neurological and psychiatric diseases and other medical history ; 4 severe lung or systemic diseases ; 5 diagnosed dementia, Parkinson 's disease, stroke ; 6 Long-term use of psychotropic drugs ; 7 recently taking sedatives, analgesics or antidepressants ; 8 with severe arrhythmia such as cardiac conduction block ; 9 Hypothyroidism ; 10.severe liver and kidney dysfunction.

Serum concentrations of S-100ß protein ( S-100ß ) and neuron-specific enolase ( NSE ) were measured.;The contents of Fe2+,MDA and the activity of SOD in serum were determined;Expression of long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase 4 ( ACSL4 ) and glutathione peroxidase 4 ( GPX4 ) protein.;Postoperative sedation and analgesia;Serum tumor necrosis factor-a ( TNF-a ) and interleukin-1ß ( IL-1ß ) concentrations were measured.;Other adverse events occurred within 72 h after surgery;
