Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All study subjects met the relevant diagnostic criteria for DME; 2. All received vitreous cavity injection of anti-VEGF drug treatment; 3. Normal cognitive function and good communication ability; 4. Patients were informed about the study and participated voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with ocular inflammation, history of high intraocular pressure; 2. patients with major organ dysfunction, infectious diseases, with psychiatric disorders, malignant tumors; 3. patients during pregnancy and puerperium; 4. patients who lost their visits and dropped out.
