Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients were diagnosed as unilateral ACL injury according to the history of trauma, clinical manifestations, imaging and arthroscopy; 2.ASA grade ? or ?; 3. Patients aged 18-70 years with complete clinical data; 4.Plan to undergo ACL reconstruction; The inclusion criteria of the healthy control group were as matched as possible with the enrolled ACLR patients in gender, age, height, weight, BMI, etc., without obvious acute or chronic hip, knee, ankle joint injury or knee joint instability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There is severe deformity of the knee joint or concurrent fractures and infections; 2. The contralateral knee joint has a history of surgery or trauma in the past; 3.Avulsion fracture of the ACL insertion point;4.Combined with posterior cruciate ligament or posterolateral complex injury; 5. Combined with grade II - III medial collateral ligament injury of the knee; 6.ACL revision surgery;7. Combined with mental illness, communication disorders, abnormal coagulation function, and insufficiency of heart, liver and kidney functions; 8. Refuse to participate in this researcher.
