Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. hospitalized patients aged >=60 years; 2. hospital stay >24 hours; 3. voluntary participation in the study and signing of an informed consent form.(Same for scale development and scale application)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with cognitive impairment; 2. Loss of consciousness, such as coma, drowsiness or inability to clearly express one's wishes; 3. Those with serious illness or unstable vital signs; 4. Concurrent participation in other related investigators.(Same for scale development and scale application).
