Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1The pregnancy risk assessment is general risk and below; 2 Age 18~40 years old, 13~14 weeks pregnant; 3 Establish a file in the hospital and have regular prenatal check-ups, and plan to give birth in the hospital; 4 Conscious, no history of mental illness and contraindications to exercise; 5 Be able to use smart devices and cooperate with the completion of questionnaires, and voluntarily sign relevant informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Abnormal pregnancy (assisted pregnancy, twin or multiple pregnancy); 2 Suffering from cardio-cerebrovascular or other systemic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, etc.) at the time of enrollment.
