Shivering after cesarean section

Interventions

Remazolam group:After delivery of the fetus, remazolam was intravenously infused in the experimental group with a loading dose of 2.5 mg and maintained at 0.5 mg/kg/h until the suture was made
control group:After delivery of the fetus, the control group was given equal volume of sodium chloride injection.

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. term pregnancy;2.singleton pregnancy;3.Asa Class II; 4. age 18-40 years; 5. BMI <=35 kg/m²; and6. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.presence of contraindications to combined dural and lumbar anesthesia; 2. allergy to the drugs used in this study; 3.body temperature>=38 °C or 10 × 10^9/L; 4.serious heart, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases, 5. severe complications of pregnancy, 6.mental disorders.
