Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Neurosurgical patients admitted to the NICU from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024; 2.Patients aged over 18 years old; 3.Patients whose stay in the NICU exceeds 48 hours; 4.Patients from whom the data of complete blood count can be obtained within 24 hours after admission;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a concurrent infection (including pulmonary infection, intracranial infection, urinary tract infection, etc.) within 72 hours before admission; 2.Patients with a history of hematological diseases; 3.Patients who had used hormones or immunosuppressants before admission; 4.Patients whose length of stay is <= 48 hours;
