Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 0.5-12 years old; 2.ASD inclusion criteria: meet the diagnostic criteria for ASD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), the diagnosis is confirmed by a clinician, and the scores on the diagnostic scale (such as the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale, ADOS) meet the ASD diagnostic criteria; 3.ADHD inclusion criteria: meet the diagnostic criteria for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in DSM-5, with the diagnosis confirmed by a clinician, and the scores on diagnostic scales (such as the Conners Child Behavior Rating Scale or the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Rating Scale) meet the diagnostic criteria for ADHD; 4.Inclusion criteria for ASD with ADHD: Meet the diagnostic criteria for ASD and ADHD in DSM-5, confirmed by a clinician, and scores on the corresponding diagnostic scales (such as ADOS and Conners Child Behavior Rating Scale) meet the diagnostic criteria for comorbidity; 5.Inclusion criteria for normal children: no history of ASD, ADHD or other neurodevelopmental disorders, confirmed by clinicians as children with normal development, and a negative result in the Child Behavior Scale assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hearing impairment; 2. Visual impairment; 3. Diagnosis of other nervous system diseases: such as autoimmune encephalitis, hepatolenticular degeneration, muscular dystrophy, mitochondrial encephalomyopathy; 3. Diagnosis of other genetic diseases or syndromes: such as Turner syndrome and fragile X chromosome syndrome.
