Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of healthy young people were: 1. 20-30 years old; 2. limbs sound, no motor dysfunction and central nervous system diseases; 3. MMSE>=24 points; 4. Right-handed; 5. Sign informed consent voluntarily. The inclusion criteria of stroke patients were as follows: 1. meeting the diagnostic criteria of stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease; 2. Stroke confirmed by brain CT or MRI, the course of disease >=2 weeks, and stable vital signs; 3. Stroke caused unilateral hand dysfunction and Brunnstrom stage 1-3; 4. Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE), 10<=MMSE<=30; 5. Age 40-75 years old; 6. right handedness; 7. Voluntary informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for healthy young people: 1. history of brain-related diseases affecting upper limb function; 2. previous diseases affecting limb function, such as fracture history, brain injury history, upper limb pain; 3. Sudden illness occurred during the experiment, which affected the experimental results; 4. Unable to cooperate to complete the experiment; 5. severe mental disorder. Exclusion criteria for stroke patients: 1. previous history of upper limb fracture, upper limb deformity, etc.; 2. Instability of the condition or changes of the condition during the experiment affected the experimental results; 3. patients with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases could not complete the experiment; 4. Severe cognitive impairment or aphasia; 5. suffering from a severe mental disorder; 6. taking drugs to reduce the seizure threshold.
