Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary caregivers of patients who were clearly diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and had received DBS surgery; 2. The H-Y score of the cared PD patients before DBS was > =3; 3. Be familiar with the patient's condition, and take care of the daily life of patients with Parkinson's disease and DBS for more than 72 hours; 4. Primary caregivers with junior high school or above education who could understand the questionnaire; 5. Caregiver age > =18 years old; 6, the primary caregivers who volunteered to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The caregiver is in an employment relationship with the patient 2. Primary caregivers of sudden severe illness or cognitive impairment
