18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. High exercise demand: active participation in sports programs more than 3 times per week, Tegner score greater than 5 (Klasan, A.2021), participation in Class I sports (i.e., activities involving cutting and rotation) prior to injury (NOYES, F. R. 1989); 2. Anterior cruciate ligament reduction with a primary diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury who has undergone autologous bone-patellar tendon-bone (BPTB) or hamstring (HS) transplantation. 3. Be between 18-45 years of age at the time of surgery; 4. No cognitive impairment, able to cooperate with rehabilitation training and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ACLR with allogeneic or synthetic grafts; 2. Anterior cruciate ligament revision surgery; 3. Other ligament injuries are classified as C or D according to the IKDC classification; 4. Meniscus repair surgery at the same time as ACLR; 5. Cartilage damage grade III or IV according to the ICRS classification.
