Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 -85 years old 2. Patients with end-stage renal disease who have undergone autologous arteriovenous fistula establishment for the first time 3. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have undergone internal fistula establishment or repair of the ipsilateral limb in the past 2. Patients receiving hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis at the same time 3. Patients with acute renal function decline caused by various reasons 4. The patient has serious concomitant diseases and a life expectancy of less than 6 months 5. Patients who plan to undergo kidney transplantation or switch to peritoneal dialysis in the near future 6. Lack of data, inability to cooperate in providing accurate data, or inability to cooperate with follow-up with mental illness
