Interventions

Experimental group:The trial group received 20Gy preoperative radiotherapy before surgery, and then received 30-40Gy radiotherapy 3-4 weeks after surgery.
Control group:The control group underwent direct surgery and then received 50-60Gy radiotherapy 3-4 weeks after surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with oral squamous cell carcinoma by the pathology department and clinically staged as stage IV according to the eighth edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) staging manual; 2. The primary oral cancer must be resected at the same time. Patients with vascularized free tissue flap repair; 3. No distant metastasis; 4. No patients with distant lung or liver tumor metastasis; 5. Patients who agree to surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Patients with tumor metastasis in distant parts of the lungs and liver; 3. Patients who do not agree to surgical treatment and postoperative radiotherapy; 3. Other types of oral and maxillofacial diseases Patients with local malignant tumors other than squamous cell carcinoma; 4. Patients who have received preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
