Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age >= 28 weeks; 2. Apgar score > 7 at 5 minutes after birth (no asphyxia); 3. Postnatal age = 7 days;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Facial deformities that affect the expression of pain-related facial expressions; 2. Presence of periventricular leukomalacia (PVL) or Grade IV intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH); 3. Maternal history of drug abuse during pregnancy; 4. Expected hospital stay of less than 7 days; 5. Underwent therapeutic hypothermia; 6. Other situations that the researcher deems unsuitable for inclusion.
