Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Routine rehabilitation inpatients include neurological rehabilitation cases such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury, with complete discharge data and 64-slice chest CT imaging examinations. 2. Patients with tracheostomy, who have complete discharge data, records of decannulation status, and 64-slice chest CT data. Note: Complete discharge data include required demographic indicators, clinical imaging examination indicators, full discharge records, and complete treatment records specific to tracheostomy patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. tracheal tumors or mediastinal occupying lesions; 2. severe thoracic deformities; 3. CT imaging with specifications other than 64-slice; 4. incomplete hospital discharge records orabsence of diagnostic chest CT scans; 5. undocumentable decannulation outcomes.
